Cancellation Policy
Free Evaluation Policy for Kids' Cricket Classes Objective: To provide an opportunity for children to experience our cricket classes and assess their interest and skill level before committing to a full-term enrollment. Eligibility: The free evaluation is available to children aged 5 and above. Each child is entitled to one free evaluation session. Scheduling: Free evaluation sessions must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or by contacting our office at 240-994-9808. Sessions are subject to availability and are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Duration and Content: Each evaluation session will last approximately 15-30 mins. The session will include basic skill assessments, introductory coaching, and a brief discussion with parents/guardians about the child's interest and potential. Attendance: Parents/guardians are encouraged to attend the evaluation session to observe and discuss their child's performance with our coaches. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled session time. Attire and Equipment: Children should wear comfortable sports attire and bring their own cricket gear if possible. Limited equipment will be available for use during the evaluation. Follow-Up: After the evaluation session, our coaches will provide feedback and recommend the appropriate class level for the child. Parents/guardians will receive information on class schedules, fees, and enrollment procedures. Terms and Conditions: The free evaluation session is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other service or monetary value. Missed or canceled appointments may not be rescheduled for a free evaluation.
